I explained them all the inconvenient I had because of that and ask for a courtesy glass or a discount....and they told me That was Impossible!!
Never go to this place!!!!
Next day I called Manager Martinez and he told me they found it on the trash and apologized for that accident!!
They went to my job to do the service ...the guy took my keys to do the job..Then I was told by phone that they have a defective glass..and promised me to come back....They Never came back and Didnt return my key either.
So there I was without Glass and without Car... I called the supervisor to let them know about the Keys and after few calls they told me They Couldnt Find My Keys,....They Close the office without calling me back or helping me... Even My house keys where on that keychain!!
