Extremely satisfied with the superb work on my car. The mechanic was great. More importantly, Mike the manager took the time to fully explain the work that was needed to be done, answered all my questions and called me periodically to give me updates. He is honest about the work that needs to be done to your car. He is an asset to Midas.

I recently brought both of our family cars to the Midas on post road that both needed significant work done. I moved back to CT this year, and didn't have a mechanic in the area. It's always worrisome going to a new place to get work done on your vehicle, but I felt very comfortable dealing with the new manager, Mike, and our tech (Paul). Mike did an excellent job laying out what repair were truly compulsory, and was a strong communicator throughout the process (diagnostics, options, procuring parts, etc). I was as happy as I could possibly be considering the circumstances (spending money on my cars)

I had such an awesome and refreshing experience at Midas today! Both Fritz and Paul were very accommodating and honest. Fritz was great at explaining what my car needed and how much the cost would be - no hidden charges. He walked me through what was important to get done and things that could wait . Paul was very knowledgeable about the electrical/mechanical problems with my car, especially when it came to my headlight issue. I have been coming to Midas for many, many years and this is the first time anyone explained everything so well. Thanks guys!
