The customer service at this place is absolutely astounding. Every time I come here I leave with a big smile. They are always there to help and let you know exactly what's going on with your car and those coupons yesss lol :). Their employee Rock was especially helpful, very knowledgeable attentive and kind that I felt compelled to write this review. Thank you guys for all your help and consistently being on point.
The men who run the front part of the shop are always friendly, easy to talk to & nice. I don't like the mechanics though. One in particular who needed to desperately take a shower before getting into my car & didn't even clean up the mess before he left (I don't know what the pink goo on my steering wheel was but it was much unappreciated). Also, without fail my brakes always squeak for a while after I get my car serviced at them. I'm moved on to Firestone.
After having nothing but nightmares with my car ever since the day I bought it ... I'm so happy to say that I can finally enjoy it !.. I was so pleased with the way, the manager Cesar, handle everything; he was able to explain to me what really was going on with the car, he kept me posted about everything that was going on and before they moved forward with any repairs. I really appreciated that! Meineke has full communication with their customers ... I am very thankful for all the work they did and how they were able to figure it out so quickly! now I'm able to enjoy it with no problems!!!... Im definitely going back for all my services... Thank you Meineke for all your help .
My experience at Meineke was great from start to finish. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Ashley behind the desk. I explained the problem I was having with my car and the problem was diagnosed instantaneously. Which was a nice surprise since I have been given the wrong diagnosis by a different shop the day before. The shop manager, Cesar quickly assessed by car and quoted me a price. Just minutes later, my car was pulled into the garage and the technician got right to work. My car needed a new starter and, although they were pretty busy, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. This shop is well managed and all employees were both friendly and polite. I highly recommend this shop! Thanks!
