The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone I had met and spoken with was very professional and the demeanor of which they spoke was also very professional. The building is beautiful outside and inside, the mechanics seem to know exactly what they're doing. They gentlemen who My Dad and I spoke with, James Moreno the Service Manager, treated us like everyone else....with respect, professionalism, and as family. James gave us a tour of the Porsche section of the building from his own generosity, which cannot go without mentioning the high level of respect the staff has for each customer. We had also met a VERY talented mechanic, James, I forget his last name but is highly respected among the Porsche community. James, the mechanic, only works on the multi-hundred thousand dollar cars, and he is 29 as of 8/3/2017 when I am writing this. A 29 year old young man working on some one the most expensive sports cars is remarkable to say the least, truly an honor to meet the guy. The entire staff was incredibly kind, all the mechanics in each of the separate brands for Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche, are incredibly talented individuals who SHOULD NOT go unnoticed. Finally, the entire company itself with what the my manage to do, the large amounts of business they bring in (a lot of it from word-by-mouth because of how amazing the place is), and it being Penske owned so we all know it's legitimate. Great experience, recommended to anyone in the area of further away that really wants great service done, and is NOT a hassle or inconvenience in any way possible.
Porsches service was every bit reflective of the brand. John was incredibly easy to work with and very helpful. He went out of his way to get me answers to the questions I had. Overall terrific experience.
I had a great experience at Porsche of Fairfield with Albert Aliyev and the sales manager, Robert Duggan. Albert ended up working with me even after the dealership had closed (sorry, Albert!) without complaint. Both were very nice - no pressure - and patiently answered my many questions. It was a painless and even fun car buying experience! The whole process took just over 24 hours (and that only because my insurance company was unavailable on Labor Day). I am thrilled with my purchase and with the service received. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

He delivered his best price in minutes upon receiving my inquiry and lived up to it. When I arrived at the dealership, he greeted me and made everything seamless from that point. He is trustworthy and ensured that I was comfortable through the process. I arrived at 6:15pm not realizing the dealership closed at 6:30. The team at Porsche of Fairfield worked through the deal until I left after 8. The general manager, Mauricio was superb, as was the team that valued the trade-in and the finance manager, Robert. Great experience and magnificent showroom! Our salesman Albert A. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, knowing that we had to drive from Massachusetts "afterhours" to view the car while contemplating the purchase, he went out of his way to place the car outside of the showroom and waited for us. Additionally, the final price and lease offer were very competitive. Bought the car and we're loving it!
