This was my second lease through Balise and I honestly couldn't be happier. RJ took the time to find us the perfect vehicle, within the price range I was looking for. He went above and beyond to make my 6 year old daughter comfortable during our time there. He even sat in back with her while I test drove our new Tucson. I asked multiple times, is this for sure? I was told “absolutely our finance manager just has to put it through”. After waiting for 2 hours the incompetent finance manager finally came over to us and came back with an interest rate astronomically higher (nowhere even close) and needed 1800 down and the monthly payment was nowhere where they quoted me. So not only did they put multiple hard inquiries on my credit report, they got nowhere near the price or interest they quoted. Either the sales manager is terrible at his job and his relationships with the bank, or they knew from the start they couldn’t get that interest rate.

Terrible sales tricks. Went in wanting to trade in my car, the Hyundai Sonata has an amazing rebate which was going to help eat some of my negative equity. I brought a more than qualified co-signer with me and was told they could get me a very low interest rate and promised me pricing with that interest rate and no money down. I thought, wow this is awesome and signed on the line.

After we said absolutely not and walked away, the entire sales floor turned their backs to us and suddenly weren’t the friendly people they were when we wanted to buy a car. This place is a joke, there is a reason it was a Saturday and the sales floor was completely empty, take your business elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say was my sales rep was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. Check out the Hyundai dealer in Milford, much much better and they don’t lie about financing
We walked in for an oil change. The lady at the front desk wasn't having the best day. On the outside door it said, "service use other door". I asked if this was the right place for service. Her response was, "Well, depends if you have an appointment or not." We had to have an appointment and they were fully booked. We called Milford Hyundai down the way and they welcomed us with open arms. I was in and out with an oil change and car wash in less than an hour. Much nicer facility as well.

I went in to this facility, with concerns and a budget. Ive heard many things about dealerships and this experience was not what i expected. Lance Raymond was my car dealer today and he was very knowledgeable and insightful. He worked very well with me and made this experience a positive and productive. He made me feel comfortable and we made a sale today! He was not trying to push just any car on me, he made me feel very valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend and come back myself in the future .
