Absolutely delicious! The rolls we had an an app were amazing. The (beef) Pho was fantastic, with rich, warm flavors, fresh herbs, scrumptious beef, which all led to me picking up the giant bowl and politely slurping the remains with gusto. Would totally go back.
There is also counter space for traditional ramen-ya style seating near the door, and a bar to the far right as you enter.
I stopped in to get some comfort food after a workout, and, while the ramen was delicious, the protein portion seemed light for a thirteen dollar bowl of noodles, since it will be sixteen dollars by the time you add the tip.
The ingredients they use seem to be of good quality, and the broth they make is well developed and full of flavor.
My go to noodle spot in CT. Some of the best Pho around. Their apps are delicious too. Got to try the Firecracker wings.
Yummy across the board, and super smart takeout. I can't speak to authenticity, but my wife and I enjoyed each dish thoroughly. They also separated the broth from the other ingredients, so nothing got too mushy in transit.
The food is phenomenal, and I love the atmosphere. The recent renovation means less wait time for a table and more eating time inside. The seats arent very comfy but thats a decent price to pay for the wonderful food, service, and fun!
For the portion size, the price is high, but I can't complain about the quality, and I would recommend dining in for hotter noodles.
I can't comment on the dining experience, since I placed an order to carry out, but it appears to be cafeteria style seating to accommodate the high volume of University students who eat there.
Take away packaging with cold noodles leaves the broth too cool to soften them adequately, even immediately after getting into the car.
Despite the distance to our house, we will go here again.
