The server Joseph showed excellent Customer service skills and was very friendly.
Just like any other chipotle, convenient place for a quick bite
Very good for a chain, service is just fine but you really don't go to a fast food place with service on the top of your priority list
The worst customer service ever! I was there yesterday and was shocked at how terrible service was. There was 1 employee preparing food and other employees in the back. One employee, who was in the back, had a high pitched laugh that went on the entire time I was in the store (I ate in so was there for awhile). After my order was complete I waited for someone to ring me up. No one to be found. One of the employees that was in the back came out. I asked him to ring up my order. He said that he was not the cashier. He went to go look for the cashier. I must have waited for the cashier to show up for about 7 to 8 minutes. Finally, the cashier sauntered up to the register. Said, "what'd you have?" and rang up my order. Food was ok, nothing to write home about, but I couldn't wait to get out of the store as the employee in the back kept cackling up a storm. If I were corporate I would keep an eye on this store.
So-so, staff was apathetic and when I said “Thanks” after they gave me my order they said nothing back. I’ve had much better experiences at other Chipotle’s. Eh.
