Antone (store manager) is outstanding at his job. First class service all around. The staff are very experienced and friendly. I would highly advise anyone looking for high end jewelry to visit Lenox and ask for Antone.
He then proceeded to tell me to come on Wednesday!!!
Your customer service is horrible and I will never buy anything or have anything serviced in your store again. I will tell everyone I know not to visit or purchase anything from your store!!!
Right when I walked in, there was a security camera in my face and a sign that said "wait for buzzer." I asked the man if he could appraise a ring for me and if Lenox Jewlers would be interested in buying it. Immediately after I pulled the ring out he called another staff member over who repeatedly asked, "who is this for?" Which meant, "how do you have this and why?" He assumed it was stolen and told me "he didn't care" after I told him I'd go somewhere else. I then went to J. Albert Johnson up the street. They were polite, professional, and spent a generous amount of time with me. They also got rated better! I will not patronize this place EVER again.
Had a watch repair done and watch was not repaired correctly. Was told by Antoine to call back and make appointment after holidays were over. Called on Jan 3rd and was told he would have to call me back to set up a date and time for when watch repairman would be there. No one ever called me back. So I called 2 days later and was told to come in Tuesday, Jan 10 between 11 and 4. Drove 20 miles and I arrived at 12:30. Antoine not there and watch repairman not there. Salesperson in store called Antoine and he said" oh I tried to call you but you did not answer your phone"!!! REALLY, WHY DID YOU NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE?????? NO EXCUSES!!!!!
