I drove by this store many times and finally decided to go in. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner Ernie who was friendly and helpful. Ernie allowed me to browse his collection of estate jewelry (my wife loves estate pieces) without pressure to buy. Ernie is not only an experienced jeweler but a certified gemologist with deep knowledge of both diamonds and colored gemstones. Since my first visit, Ernie has completed a number of projects for my wife and me. His appraisals are detailed and he does repairs very well and at a reasonable price. Ernie designed and created the most beautiful pair of earrings in my wife’s collection. Since then we recommended his services to many of our friends.

The center stone in one of my wife's rings was lost, and on a whim I decided to stop into JewelRestore to see if they could fix it. Over the course of the next couple weeks I got to know Ernest, the owner, and was extremely pleased with the level of attention and service, as well as the final product.
I brought my engagement ring to Ernie when a prong broke. Luckily I noticed it before I lost the stone. He suggested new settings that he had used and trusted, in the style I wanted and at prices within my budget. He has decades of experience, is friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job with my ring. He communicates well and often on the status of your order. He also does all the work on site so you don't have to worry about a precious piece being mailed all over and making it back to you. He has lovely stock in the store and I believe does custom work as well. I have recommended him to friends as a trustworthy jeweler. A wonderful find!
Stopped in for a watch battery replacement and Ernest provided such great service that we became loyal customers. Since then we have had several pieces of jewelry expertly repaired - always expertly done, at reasonable prices and with a quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
Ernie showed me a nice range of stones, and when I had ultimately selected one he did a fantastic job mounting it and then telling me how to care for it. His price was very fair, especially relative to another jeweler in town that was only giving me one solution that would have been a similar result but more expensive.
