Great stay. Very clean rooms. Restaurant on site was a little pricy but good food.
Nice clean rooms. Everything smells so nice. Extremely friendly staff willing to get me anything I need. Good hot breakfast.
We loved the Hi-Ho! Great service, the decor is fanatic and the rooms are just we we needed. So happy there is such a great place to stay in Fairfield
The front desk staff was great and the breakfast is your regular continental breakfast. The rooms have a great aesthetic, and the provided complimentary soaps, etc. Smell great. I stayed on the first floor which I could hear housekeeping in the storage space early in the morning. Also housekeeping cleaned really well, they just forgot to put towels, etc. in the bathroom. I wouldn't exactly say it's for people who need a wheel chair or have a hard time with stairs because the lounge and breakfast are on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators.
If you're traveling later than 12am there will not be anyone there to check you in. The place was clean as described on other reviews. Compared to a days inn motel style place it is nice. Compared to just about any other hotel this is not great at all. I did not find the other reviews about breakfast to be accurate, it was one of the smallest breakfast layouts I have ever seen. You got oatmeal and different types of breads. That's about it. I give it three stars just because the room itself really was shockingly clean for an outdoor entrance type of hotel.Towels had a smell, everything had a smell but it was doable. I would have personally liked to know ahead of time if the desk was going to be open 24hours or not which case was not. There is no one to make sure cars aren't getting broken into and no one direct in case of an emergency. The do not disturb sign is homemade and so loose it falls off constantly and the cleaning crew doesn't have the common since to think if it's on the ground infront of that room that the room probably didn't want service.
