Customer service is excellant!!! The staff was great to work with . Troy set up the new phone and waited at least 30 minutes for Verizon to answer and happy to be with T mobile Thanks again Troy !!
Awful costumer support from both girls who were working basically yelled at me.. were on their phone throughout the whole process. Will not come here again.
If you want the best T-mobile experience you need to head down to the T Mobile in fairfield. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Its a real treat to go in and actually have someone care about your needs and want to help you! i will always come back T Mobile if you have all of the people working for you like the ones in this store i will be a customer forever!!!!!!
They went above & beyond to help us out when our phone wasn't working any more & had to get a new one (the phone was five years old) They're very friendly & knowledgeable.
I have been having phone issues for months. I had gone to the Trumble T-Mobile store several times. Horrible store... I went into here today and everyone was nice and helpful. I was helped by Alissa. Super helpful and reassuring. I'll definitely return to this location.
Edit: went back again because we dropped our new phone & basically needed a replacement (nothing was physically damaged but something came loose inside & the screen wouldn't work properly) - we had a warranty so it only cost 5$ for shipping to get a new phone - the phone came in the very next day & they helped us transfer everything over from the old phone to the new phone - they're great~!
