Had an excellent walk on a cold clear day. Trails could be better marked but overall a great day out in the fresh air.
Beautifully maintained trails. Even lovely to hike in the rain as the canopy keeps you nice and dry! A must see. Free for Fairfield residents and Audubon Society members. Small donation for others ($2).
Nice place to bring kids to introduce them to nature.
Peaceful, serene place to stay and meditate. Enjoy the fall season with all the colors of the leaves.
I enjoyed getting to spend an hourr of solitude here, listening to the birds chirping and the squirrels scurrying around the forest floor. It was also great to see the rehabilitated birds in their enclosure. I also am a huge fan of their mission of conservation.
