Even when business is high, the store is easy to navigate. Selection could be improved, but that comes with knowing the market. Seasoned buyers are key to low waste percentages. An in-store kitchen is also a way to manage waste by making fresh label wide recipes pick de galo, etc.
5) Gets paper bag for your stuff - Go green
Each time we go in for an advertised item it's not in there. I find it extremely stressful looking for things as well. The staff are helpful however.
