We used Mr. Handyman to install railings throughout the house. They were quick to respond, on time, super clean, and really friendly. Steve did a great job. We will definitely use them again
In conclusion, Mr. Handyman is ok for some jobs but not for all you will have to explore for yourself. Yes I might recommend to a friend with a warning.
Your professionalism and expertise. I will always use your company whenever possible. My only suggestion not compliant is that you only have one master electrician on call (he is awesome...but two electricians on call would probably be better for time management of electrical appointments.} I will be scheduling another appointment with the electrician later this month. My last few appointments have been of the electrical nature but I have used them for other jobs and am considering the home improvement team for our small home gym.You guys rock! Other's should take note on how to treat customers.
I cannot say I would use Mr Handyman again for a few reasons. I initially felt they did an exceptional job but after the last few visits I do not feel the same. The work was average at best aside for the stellar Electrical work done late 2016 and early 2017. I did like the work done in my master bath but two months later the grout is starting the peel.

I was very happy to discover Mr. Handyman. My issue was urgent as my door lock was not aligned and would not lock. The safety of my home was of the upmost importance. The company got someone out to take care of the problem very quickly... The rep was courteous and he was knowledgeable. I will def. use the company again.
