friendly,! But can be expensive to ship back certain items over $100

Bad experience I do not recommend this place. In order to insure ( $500 ) I was forced to use their box and material for $59.00 ( three boxes ). Other UPS stores do nor use this policy. I went to UPS Store in Fairfield on the Post Road ( by Bob's Store ) and they were ok with my packed boxes, added insurance and happily sealed my boxes free of charge!
5 stars go right to the customer service over there. Those guys are really friendly.
Terrible experience!!! Since when UPS charges for free tape, such a scam.. even worse guy who was supposed to help , although I provided a new prepaid label, send the package back to me!!! will definitely complain to UPS directly...
