I will begin by saying I was referred to this place by someone who actually had a good experience. That being said, I did not. I called on a Friday morning to see if I could talk to a therapist about some anxiety I'd been experiencing. The receptionist that I spoke to was so rude. She asked me what condition I was calling to get medication for, for one thing. Why not ask someone why they're calling, instead of assuming they're calling for meds? When I explained I wasn't calling for medication, she was mildly less rude. She said someone would call me back on Monday to get some more information. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday afternoon someone called and asked a series of clinical-ish questions and said he'd call back after looking at his calendar to schedule an appointment. Apparently it took 24 hours to look at his calendar and decide their office isn't going to be able to take new clients. LOL. The rude receptionist should have told me that in the beginning instead of treating me like some drug addict and having me recount the reasons I feel I need therapy. If she had, this review would be a lot shorter and a lot less angry.
