Italy when I go here it is a last resort to find something. The organization is pretty good and the sales staff is great just wish I could find the items I am looking for and not end up buying random commodities I don't need.

Awful just awful. The employees pushed my girlfriend out of the way only for her convenience. Plus only 2 types of bubble bath. I mean come on bath is in the name of the store. Plus my girlfriend couldn't find the George Forman grill she wanted.
The manager who took care of me ( Fred) went above and beyond anything that I expected. I know that if I ever have any issues that I can go back and be satisfied with the results that will be offered to me. Thanks.
