Sam the manager, Tom the mechanic and Dennis the salesman are nothing short of tremendous. I needed an adjustment on a bike I had just purchased, and in the course of fixing that, they discovered another problem --WHICH WAS OF MY OWN MAKING--but had not mentioned to them. Had they not found the problem, it's quite likely that I would have had a major structural failure of the bike. They were always pleasant and determined to make things not just right, but safe. I strongly recommend them for both sales and service.

Great local customer service, professional technicians and sellers. You will find good information whether you are pro cyclist or just a beginner. In few visits which I had in the last year, you can tell that they are putting the customer experience/ service in the front line - Good job Zane's.
Clueless to say the least. It's all about sales there. I came into this store a hand full of times and of those times, the information you receive is what you would expect from someone selling you a bike at Walmart. I've just started getting into cycling over the summer so I was looking for a good bike shop that is close and had knowledgeable staff. Did not find it. They were just trying to sell me anything they had in stock, which wasn't much at all. You can tell a big difference between other REAL bike shops and this place. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. Then go to other bike shops in the area. A world of differnce.
Great store with a great staff. Im loving my bike for commuting and Zane's staff has been really helpful. I highly recommend the Zane's Plus service on your new bike, especially if you're planning to put a lot of miles on it. It'll pay for itself eventually and the convenience is worth it alone.
