This BJ's is always out of the good sale items and their Xmass toys are mediocre at best. It's a disappointment I have to join Costco.
Coupons are a real pain to clip and staff here is hostile. They yell at you at the self serve when u scan the crappy coupon that's not right and then forget to scan the double chips whilst they are there yelling at you about scanning the wrong coupon. Then on your way out ur made to feel horrible bc you didn't pay for the chips bc stupid lady came over and told u that the light was blinking for the coupons. NOPE! Im actually 100% on this but thanks Amanda for being useless and rude. I didn't know it was possible to be a as stupid as this but yup now Ive seen stupid at its best. Very hateful and I believe my race was the reason... Obviously this person hates their life and needs to make others feel as bad as they do... Bc I have a great life and I'm sure it looks it... So have a nice day. Haters!
I enjoy shopping at BJ's. Your Deli Dept could use a little help in the customer service department cause they're slow as Hell and show no kind of enthusiasm towards their customers. They need to speed it up. I've witnessed many customers walk away Because they're too slow.
I don't really get this place. The whole idea is the prices are so good you join because the savings are worth it. The prices are the same as everywhere else some even higher!! Seems like a waste of money.
No customer service, the store is messy.
Some great prices here. But the fresh veggies aren't the freshest and are often low on stock. Great price on Pepperidge Farm raisen bread. B1g1 compared to supermarket.
